Barcelona International Jazz Festival
There is an annual Jazz festival in Barcelona that lasts for weeks and months. There aren’t daily programs, but every week you can enjoy fantastic concerts with famous artists. The event attracts nearly 100,000 spectators, and it is a great opportunity to combine Barcelona sightseeing with fantastic music.
The festival is sponsored by the beer brand Voll-Damm. As a result, it is often referred to as the Voll-Damm Jazz Festival. It was first arranged in 1966. As earlier mentioned, it takes place over several weeks every autumn, and lots of concert venues are used for the different performances. Forum Auditorium, Palace of Catalan Music, Liceu Conservatory, Livoli Theater, Jamboree, and several others are among the most popular venues during the festival.
